hey lovely devils

BAOC is such a short journey for many of us. eight groups, one main community, one month of preparation, one chances of bonding, three days of events, BUT, it brings upon many smiles, many laughters, many enjoyment, many friends and also many fruitful experiences.

I hope over the three days of events, many of you had made lotsa friends and had lotsa funs.

Flashing back to the first day when everything seem so foreign to everyone. When we are thinking about the names of the gentlemen or lady sitting beside us, mind filled with queries of how life in NP gonna be like. However, you are never lonely from now on, because you make friends here and there are seniors to guide you in anything you need help with in school and also to tell you where which lecture hall is located. =)

Today is the last day of the event. Our pageants did fabulous on stage, no matter what both of you are still the MR and MISS DAREDEVIL with your lovely and charismatic smile. =) I think many would be agreeing with me. =D

Not forgetting the performance group. The enthusiastic group of fantastic people who never say die. Staying through the evening and rehearse repeatedly without complaining. If we've look through the performances, frankly speaking, our group's dancers did the most difficult steps among the other groups. You guys are a group of fabulous people i ever met!

Thank you guy for your hardwork. You all put up the best performance.

Not forgetting our artists for banner. The two main people controlling all the colors, design, painting and layout of the banner. HOWEVER, many hands of SCs that helped out to paint the banner nicely. Every single touch counts. This banner is definitely the nicest among the rest. We are proud of our Banner. =D Congratulation to us for clinching the BEST BANNER award OG.

I'm not missing out people. THE SBs and SCs of each group played a very important role too. Without your presence, definitely the various subgroups will not be so bonded and close to each other. BAOC DAREDEVIL will also not be so HIGH. The corporation and hyperness, the event will not be so smoothly run and be a success. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Hey lovely freshies,

Hope you enjoyed the first day of orientation. Some of you might have already got the ice broken, mixing really well with your SCs, SBs and your group people. Some might feel a slight left out. However, no worries alright? Today, 10-04-08, you all definitely have plenty of time to catch up with one another. Its game day! =)

HEllo my beloved Freshman of DareDevil,

I am Raymond, the SCO for your Orientation Group. Working along with me include Chiu Wah, the other SCO, Alvin, the ASCO, and also many friendly and lovely SCs (Student Coordinators) and SBs (Student Buddies).

Firstly, a warm welcome to you guys for joining us in Ngee Ann Polytechnic, School of Business and Accountancy.

If you are guided to this blog by your SB, you are definitely part of The DAREDEVIL. This is in conjunction with our this year Business and Accountancy Orientation Camp (BAOC)'s theme of RETURN OF THE HEROES.

Orientation is the beginning journey to start of for your polytechnic life. This is an avenue for you to make lots of friends, meet lovely seniors, know the school better and also MOST IMPORTANTLY, have tonnes of fun. So do not miss the chance of interactions and time of enjoyment!

I am sure you have received letters regarding the orientation dates and time. If you unaware of certain details, the following are some that you should take note:

Day 1
9 April 2008

For DAY 1, your SB that called up must have informed you about the venue to meet up for your various subgroups (do note your subgroup number, eg. "DAREDEVIL 2"). Also the timing to meet up with your SB and SC might be earlier than the actual reporting time to ensure a smooth flow of the DAY1 programs. Hope you will be able to arrive on the time they suggested to you. Thank you. For our group the DAREDEVIL, please be attired in maroon color shirts or any color shirts that is close to maroon. Please wear covered shoes and also jeans for the first day.

For dismissal time,

The dismissal time for SELECTED fews might be around 7pm. This is important as there are some surprises prepared for you. Therefore do make yourself free till 7pm =)

Details of DAY 2 and DAY 3 will be updated for you during the orientation. So see you guys at the orientation. If you have any queries that needed clarification, do not hesitate to call your friendly Student Buddy up or simply drop me an email at raymond_zjs@hotmail.com. I will get back to you as soon as possible. =)

Last but not least, lets make DAREDEVIL the most happening Orientation Group too. =D
